Lisa, how are your fitness plans going?

    A few weeks ago, you mentioned you were going to get back into the swing of things and get back to lifting. Have you started, and if so, hows it going?

    well, I started about a week after I posted that, got one bicep workout in and one cardio workout and then I came down with a flu, which has turned into sinus infection/cold - so no, I haven't really gotten started yet :\
    I'm on the mend though, so I'll probably start back this coming week.
    At least it hasn't turned into a chest cold. Go me for quitting smoking ;) 2 months now!!
    I plan to take measuments, take pics, and get going as soon as I can.

    sorry to hear you got sick! are you going to do a transformation site similar to Johns? lots of women out there need similar motivation!

    btw, congrats on 2 months of no smokes! thats awesome! did you quit cold turkey or did ya try the patch?

    I think you are doing great. You quit smoking (I know how hard that was for you) and you are eating well. You'll get to the workouts soon enough. You know I'm there for you and ready to help whenever you are ready. :)
