lifting in the evenings

    right now that my summer job starts on wednesday i have to lift in the evenings so i need alittle diet advice.... in a nutshell am i alright to workout, have a pwo shake, then have my carb + protein as my last meal before bed, and have the protein + fat meal during the day, or do i need to rework my diet?

    Sounds fine. :nod: Maybe even a bit more carbs like a fruit in breakfast for further glycogen replacement after the overnight fast.
