Lifting Goals Checklist

    I'm not sure how this will fly but just put in any goals (lifting related) that you want to reach and check them off with a smiley as you go.

    Current

    Military Press 100x1
    Deadlift 335x3
    Squat 290x4
    Bench 185x1

    Goal

    Military Press 135x3
    Deadlift 400x3
    Squat 350x3
    Bench 225x3
