I hear people talk about their cravings for cheat food, me I really like my healthy food and rarely crave anything at all! Well, a glass of wine or some beers would be nice, but haven't had that in a long time.. Anyway, how about some pics of your well-balanced meals? IMO eating clean is a golden oportunity to be creative when it comes to cooking, at least I've made som new dishes lately.. I'll start. #1 is Grilled chicken breast, basmati rice, lettuce, tomato, red peppers. Then Basil, rosmarin, bouillon, balsamico vinegar and soy sauce. What are you guys eating??
