I hear people talk about their cravings for cheat food, me I really like my healthy food and rarely crave anything at all! Well, a glass of wine or some beers would be nice, but haven't had that in a long time..

Anyway, how about some pics of your well-balanced meals? IMO eating clean is a golden oportunity to be creative when it comes to cooking, at least I've made som new dishes lately.. I'll start.

#1 is Grilled chicken breast, basmati rice, lettuce, tomato, red peppers. Then Basil, rosmarin, bouillon, balsamico vinegar and soy sauce.

What are you guys eating??

Here's the breakfast I eat every morning. 30g oatmeal, 15g 9-grain cereal, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1 nectarine, a pinch of Stevia, and cooked in 1 cup of skim milk. Sometimes I add some bran, sometimes I sprinkle on some unsalted, roasted soy nuts. Also, pictures of my shrimp sandwiches and my prawn-and-veggie pasta. Recipes for the last two can be found in my thread in the Recipe forum.

I agree...most of the stuff I cook is really healthy and taste excellent too..

I love marinated fish with baked potatoes and veggies or a salad. Other staples in my diet is fajitas with chicken and cottage cheese, home made salsa, kidney beans, corn and ice berg salad....or how about chicken with tomato sauce with loads of garlic, fresh basil, pasta and some grated parmesan?

...Or cod with asparagus and herb tomato sauce? or grilled lime/garlic/parsley/chili marinated plaice:

Ok, guys ... instead of just teasing us with pictures, how about some crude instructions on how to get the rest of us somewhere close to eating something as good looking as those pictures! :eat:

Wow, I shouldn't be reading this thread before my morning cardio...

I'm going to have to try some of these things, since I realized yesterday I'm starting to get bored with the same old stuff.
