I takes 30 minutes to prepare. I had some lentils leftovers and found a fine recipe.

200g lentils (i soak it in water over night, then it takes 10 min to cook in salted water, with an onion to add taste) - ground
    1 medium onion - ground
    130 g tuna
    lemon juice
    pepper
    chilli powder and/or paprika
    1 egg white
    parsley

you mix it all as you would ground meat, and form steaks, then fry them in a pan, on one or two tablespoons of olive oil. if you don't add flour or bread crumbs it will be difficult to flip them, but not impossible.

i'm always looking for recipes with cooked lentils, so please add more. a salad of a kind would be a nice change.
