Yeah, not the best thing to do when trying to cut fat. At least I stayed under calories No, anything harder than beer is a no no for me.
2/27/15 - Day 89 190.0# Crazy work weekend for me. My SSD failed yesterday on my work machine, and I have projects due Monday morning . So i'm here all weekend, but I still got in my back workout late last night Anyway, hopefully I can get everything done today and enjoy a day off tomorrow.
2/29/16 - Day 91 190.4# Made the 90 days tobacco free! Also very busy/stressed! Between my failed SSD at work and now something cutting my cable connection at home, I'm in a pretty bad mood. Here's hoping to a good workout tonight elevating that poor mood.

3/3/16 - Day 94 191.2# Very good chest workout last night. As far as weight, it was the best one ever! Very close to putting 2 plates on for reps Band practice and rest tonight
3/14/16 - Day 105 192.2# Trying not to get too far off track. Was pretty careless last week with diet, and not logging does not help.
3/15/16 - Day 106 192.2# Very good chest workout. Inching closer to my goal of repping 2 plates on bench. Did 215x3 a couple times last night, and I can probably do more but since I work out alone I'm not a fan of failing and crashing all the weights off. Band practice / no work out Have a good day!
3-18-16 - Day 109 188.8# Ok so work got verrrrrry busy this week and I haven't had time to lift. But I'm finally done and getting off early today so im going to do legs. Also glad to see 188 on the scale. I haven't seen anything less than 189 in many months!

Great leg day yesterday. Did a bunch of squats, and I did them slowly with more focus on my core and breathing. I forgot to do the push up challenge, and I didn't plan out anything for a diet. Today I will do the push up challenge. Me and my cousin are competing, and he's beating me in best time. The guy who barely benches the bar! Damn skinny folk! By the way the push up challenge I'm referring to is this: I can never get past around 1:45 because my arms just die. The plank is much harder than the push ups. Anyways, that's all I got for today.
That is the one of the difficult parts IMHO Having diversity in my meals while staying on track with calories.
