Gotta start somewhere, and in the case of fitness, it's always better now then later. Stick to it with fierce determination and you'll see fairly rapid results from the get-go.

    Jutsu,
You are fortunate that you are young, so when you lose the fat you want, you should have no problem with excess skin. Taking weekly photos is an excellent idea. I would suggest trying to get the same poses, location each week, so the photo's are easy to compare. Remember that each week, you might see no noticable change, but over time you will see amazing changes. Good luck.

Thanks for the kind words guys.

    Just a little update.
I've started to eat clean and work out everyday.
I weight train 2 times a week & cardio the rest. I'm already starting to feel the difference, I have more energy, I can get to sleep easier, my back is slowly improving & I feel better overall.

I'm actually enjoying this though I thought I would dread it.

Things are looking great so far. Even if I have slow progress I don't care, I'm going to stay this way for the rest of my life.

Creating a healthy lifestyle and losing unwanted weight can be a ton of fun. It's fun to push yourself and see what you can do. Hope it stays fun for ya.

Yeah, Today it's weird, I'm getting a workout from running up and down the stairs answering the door from trick or treaters! lol

I have so much chocolate & junk and my parents even offered me pizza and I didn't want any...I think I put them into shock as that's my fav food if you can call it that.

I really am enjoying this and going for runs feels soooo refreshing its nice.

Can't believe what I've been missing out on all this time.

    This just in.

My mother has been smoking since her 20's & she is now 60 years old.

She just made a deal with me for motivation that if I drop 35 pounds in 7 months she will stop smoking.

    IT'S ON

New picture coming today, I'm a day late but oh well.

Just checked the scale & I'm down from 215 to 205.
10 pounds in 3 weeks, Not too bad at all.
Though I bet most of it was water weight.

    Fired up!!!:tucool:

It only gets better as you progress especially once you start doing heavy Squats and Deadlifts.

You might as well tell her to stop smoking now, because you should be able to do that with ease.

Keep up the good work! Awesome motivational tool.

Is the original poster still active here? I really hope he doesn't give up - I'd love to see another inspiring story here a few months from now

You can see on his profile that he hasn't been on here since Nov. 11, 2008. So no, he's not active, unfortunately.

I'm kinda dissapointed that he's stopped posting. I hope he comes back and keeps kicking ass.

Good luck anyways, wherever you went.

Hi guys! Sorry for dissapearing, I was getting very stressed with school, money problems, ect.

Now I have realized that these were just excuses and that my health is more important so....

    Here I am.

I was doing LISS before and I didn't get much results, I've been doing a lot of research and I think HIT & a lot of lifting would be more suiting for me so I'm gonna try this out.

Here's what I'm starting out with as I've gained weight now am at 220, I've gained 10.

Monday: Run, 60 Second jog,90 second walk for 20 minutes
    Tuesday: Lifting day
Wednesday: Run, 60 Second jog,90 second walk for 20 minutes
Thursday: Stationary bike, Skip Rope, Treadmill intervals 30 minutes.
Friday: Run, 60 Second jog,90 second walk for 20 minutes
Saturday: Body weight exercise, (Pullup,Pushup,Burpees,Jumping Jacks 20 minutes)
    Sunday: Lifting day.

Tell what you think, Feedback, Changes.

What ever you guys think works, I'm here, Dedicated and ready to give it my all.
