    Not quite sure why this is in the Fitness Challenges forum, though. :confused: Are you working towards a particular poundage, Khris?

    If that is the case that's a massive amount! I don't know if I could even bench 33kg DBs.

    Yea my goal is 20kg per arm. No particular reason really apart from the fact I want to increase both isolation poundage as well as compound.

    Phew... I was gonna say. Still, that's a lot heavier than I've done.

    Isn't it standard with DB exercises just to quote the weight of one of the DBs?

    It's not so bad. It all lasts quite while. BCAAs are the most expensive for how long they last.
