journal photos

    i have photos on my journal, hwo do i resize them? thanks

    Photos look fine. You can resize them in photoshop tho.

    Looks like you have some pounds to lose. As far as I can judge, you can start with stopping drinking and eating more healthy. :tucool:

    hahhaah thanks. i do eat healthy, real healthy. its my drinking :( i been good. no booze for 3 days even if it is killing me.

    well i have seen the PT at the gym, he has done the tests with the torture device to see body fat and has given me a food diary.

    i genenerally eat 3/4 eggs in the morning with tuna or salmon.
    lunch - chicken/tuna/steak with veg or salad
    dinner - same as lunch, maybe chilli instead with veg.

    snacks, handful of almonds, carrot/cucumber sticks.
    drink, green tea and water (i have quite alot of water, maybe too much if there is such a thing)

    i have high insulin points so he told me to not eat fruit or other sugary things for the time being. and to go real low with the carbs and high with protien for now.

    There is a free program on the internet called IrfanView that is a picture resizer.

    Works good.

    I've used it many a time.
