    almost 10 years later . . .

    I got a Fitbit Charge 2 for my birthday a month ago . . . and I know how to use it now, and we just past Thanksgiving (a million calories), and I'm going to try again. Been slowly increasing my excercise from basically nothing in the summer to a few times each week, swim, run, weights, stairs (at Kenan Stadium, where the UNC Tar Heels play), etc.

    Over the last 10 years, I ran a marathon, 2 half marathons, 2 sprint triathlons . . . and logged a ton of miles. But, I'm currently at my heaviest, 227 pounds, and feeling quite motivated to get back into the game.

    Yesterday, treadmill for 80 minutes. This morning, I got up early and ran one mile outside in the dark. Hopefully, this journal will be helpful to me.
