    I've heard that from a couple of people today. No question in my mind that I'm above 10% right now, and I'm almost positive that I'm over 11%.

    I've had a good week of fat loss this week (judging from mirror and scale), and I expect my BF on this Sunday's reading will be in the 11-11.5-ish range. As I drop into the single digits my cuts and vascularity will become far more pronounced than they are now--especially the cuts in my abs and quads.

    John, in your food logs when it says a can of tuna drained, are you just straight up eating the tuna out of the can with nothing else (besides the almonds)?

    Yep, I drain it, dump it in a bowl and eat it straight up with a fork.

    Hi John. Just read your March 11th blog entry about the "killer cardio" session. For someone who does not have your level of cardio endurance how would you go about building up to this?

    Le sigh. My face is not "sunken", it's lean. I'm presently at a very healthy 8.8% body fat and in phenomenal shape.
