I have been putting together an outdoor workout area.
It's stuff that I have to be able to move into a smallish closet when my sister returns, so no racks or benches.

I've changed to an unconventional workout, where I do heavy legs at the gym, and a bunch of random, lighter stuff for upper body. I am trying to shift my mass from top to bottom, while remaining strong on top. Would a TRX system be useful for this? Do any of you do TRX training? In particular I am interested in dip type motions and reverse row motions.

It seems overpriced for what it is, but I am guessing I can find something cheap on ebay or craig's list.

It's just another fad. Buy some rope and some PVC pipe if you want to try it on the cheap. Nothing magical about it and pretty easy to hurt yourself doing it.
