I've been kicking around the idea for a while of trying intermittent fasting for a while... can someone point me to some good information so I can research it a bit more?

Agree... I was surprised also by the finding that preworkout intake was more important than post workout intake

    Leangains. Very good site.

I'm exited about this and I'm eating along the lines given there. I'm doing fasted training too and it's puzzling me.

Is someone else doing fasted workouts? On what type of program? Loss of strength/stamina seems to be the issue.

edit: I don't know about discussion on pros/cons f fasted workouts. But Martin recommends BCAA before these "fasted" workouts.

Just to follow up... I've been following the ESE approach from Brad Pilon and am really enjoying it. Seems to be working (just 2 weeks in) and seems to be very sustainable. I've quit logging my food every day and have been just trying to make it a lifestyle. I was quite sure that after the 1st week of not logging I was going to see negative results, but that was not the case. So I'm trying week 2 of not logging anything. Has been kinda refreshing.
