in the gym

    feeling a little worried about what i do in the gym, i use chest press, pecs and leg machines. free weight i do bicep curls and behind head lifting up.


    then i bike for 15mins, and at the moment i just cant run at all without getting too out of breath. i walk on an incline for 20mins/30mins, speed then slow etc. i guess i just have to keep doing that untill i can run??


    then swim for 20/30mins.


    does this sound like a good workout?? for weight loss + fitness.
