hey all, i hit the gym tonight and my body was really off. i wasnt lifting anywhere near what i used too, i have sharp pains on my right chest and my left bicep/forearm. i think its time to give my body a well deserved break.. im thinking of laying off the weights for at least 1 week or even 2 weeks. instead of lifting, i will be doing 30mins of cardio, 3 times a week. the question i have is.. how should this affect my diet? im currently taking in 2000-2200 cals a day. 40/40/20 my pre workout meal is usualy a cup of rice/ 1 large chicken breast. should i reduce the cabs? lay off the rice? any tip would help, thanks everyone.
