I want to be broader

    Hey guys

    So as it it says in the title, i want to be broader so i need some extreme growth in my shoulders, what do you guys recommend? any proven programs out there??

    Your shoulder are certainly important to looking broader, but your back is more so.

    so how about a routine specifically for getting broader, suggestions?

    A smaller waist. It's all relative.

    Any routine that focuses on: deadlifts, rows, pull-ups, power shrugs, overhead press, push press, lateral raise, etc.
