i think its about time..

    hey everyone,

    ive been in the forums for a while now, i guess its my turn to show my progress.

    i started the transformation in JAn2004 (305Lbs), today im 219lbs.
    I still have a long way to go, at least im seeing a diff and feeling alot better.



    EDIT: found a pic of myself at 305lbs..

    Great start. It looks like you have quite a bit of muscle.

    You're progressing quickly!
    Your biceps are already impressive- just imagine what they'll look like when you're shredded up. :flex:

    You've made excellent progress in just one month! I'm proud of you not only for changing your lifestyle and getting in shape, but also for posting your pictures. Stay motivated and keep us posted. You've got some good muscle under that fat and you are going to look and feel great before you know it! Keep up the hard work!! :tu:

    Dude, by the time you get to single figure body fat (and you will!), you'll have one impressive physique.

    thanks for all the compliments everyone.

    the only thing im worried about is when losing all this weight, having lots of loose skin to deal with :confused: :confused:

    do u think this is gonna happen in my case?

    I doubt it, you can easily just build more muscle to compensate for lack of fat. The skin around your stomach doesn't look all that stretched and just drink lotta water it should snap right back.

    Great work. I also used to be 300 lbs. It took me a little over 2 years to go down to 172 lbs ( I am still cutting). I have my picutres here
    Just don't quit when you hit the plateau. Work over it. I am sure you can do it. Eat clean, excersise, drink a lot of water, state and get to your goals (realistic goals).

    im following this article for all parts of my weight training.

    basicly go heavy for all weights for 8 reps, rest for 30 seconds and go for heavier weights till failure.

    what do u think my BF% is? 35% 40%?

    Hard to tell, I wouldn't go that high...maybe as high as 25% but as low as 20%.

    i signed up at a gym last night, and i had my 1st session.
    feeling great,

    im currently at 254lbs.

    i might put up some more pix this weekend
