I am 14st and 7 pounds how much is that in lbs

    I am 14st and 7 pounds how do i caluclate this into pounds , soz guy's i am a bit think in maths ..


    so need all the help i can get. :(

    That is going to be so useful for conversions: "half a cup in teaspoons" was one of the examples!!!
