Can anyone tell me the differances between the two proteins? Is thet any advantages in taking one over the other?

Currently I use an Isolate only.
I am trying to get through the "bro-science" to the real facts.

    This might be useful...

Hydrolization simply means that the amino acids have been broken down into smaller peptides. I wouldn't spend more money on these faster acting proteins. A good blend will elicit far better results, and for the average gym rat (including myself) hydrolized whey would offer little benefit over WPI. There is just too much overlap of protein during the day if your macro's are met by day's end.
