How often should I squat?

    I was just wondering how often you people think I should squat. I really dont want to spend a crap load of money on an olympic squat rack, so im not gonna :p . I have gym every other day in school, so I was figuring that I could do squats when Im at school. That would work out to 2 times one week 3 times the next week. That sound good to you guys?

    if you are going heavy/low reps - once a week is good.

    Only once? I can get strong legs by working out only once a week?

    Ok. So I'll just put alot of effort into squatting the one time a week I do it.

    your only suppose to work out a muscle group once a week...so yes you can get strong anythigns once a week.. IF YOU DO IT RIGHT.

    With squats, if you do it right, you'll still be feeling it after a few days :) so you definatluy don't want to be training multi times a week
