What do you all think of water classes? Good way to build all-around muscle?

I don't know much about water classes, but I would assume they are designed to get your heart going so they would be good cardio. I don't think I would recommend them for building muscle. For that there is no good substitute for weight training.

Water is fun and I guess if for some reason your mobility is limited to the extent where you have a hard time holding your body weight up it could be good exercise. In general its not a real effective method of building any muscle though.

As stated above, water doesn't provide enough resistance to really 'build muscle'. It's fun and doesn't necessarily have to be ruled out, but it definitely won't serve as a great enough stressor.
