how do i spread my protein intakes???

    how often should i eat protein? every 2 or 3 hours? thanks., currently i take 46g (2 scoops of whey) post workout, but i need to know when i should take protein again, thank you:tu:

    your bodyweight in pounds is roughly how much protein you should get a day (preferably a little more). just divide the number by how many meals you have per day, which should be 5-6. every three hours is good rule of thumb, but you don't need to stick to it religiously.

    46 grams sounds a bit excessive. :p

    thanks, so how many grams in good enough than? :confused: oh yeah, i'm 170 so that divided by 5 is around 35grams, does that sound right?

    are we talking about post-workout now? 35 grams should be sufficient, so long as you make sure you get enough protein with your other meals. :bb:
