I DID IT: 30 MIN CARDIO
I don't know which day it is of my count down, but my BF will stay one extra month on board bang:), so it doesn't really matter.
Yesterday afternoon I did the best leg and core workout of the year!
I'm so proud of myself, and can barely walk today
Maybe things are getting better.
Diet is clean but too low on calories.
Coffee not in check, smoke too. Ah well, one step at a time
Do they have those electric cigarettes where you live? I saw them at the mall this weekend. They should be all the rage for the holidays this year.
You think that I might learn to give up cigarettes with electroshocks? In fact, it they made that type of cigarettes I might make some progress. NO, the truth is, I don't want to stop.
Yesterday was work all day, as well as Saturday, so I didn't exercise and today I'm so exhausted that I took a rest day.
3 cardio and 3 lifting workouts last week is acceptable I think.
Wanna try doing fasted cardio tomorrow again.
Today is also a cheat day. I just bought one kilo of some pastry filled with all sorts of fillings and after three pieces I feel yuck.
