As part of my mass gaining program, i decided to start taking the Ultimate Nutrition - HorsePower supplement. Do any of you guys have experience with this stuff (or any like it). Are there any side effects or problems that i should watch out for?

If you dont know what this exact product is:

    .... for more info.

For a hard gainer, i've been told this is going to be a good suppliment to get more nutrients into the bloodstream than i normally could.

This stuff contains arginine and creatine. As for the creatine, would you suggest a loading phase of creatine mono before starting the horsepower, or is that not necessary. I can post more info if needed.
    :)

Thanks for the info. Would those problems be caused by long time use, or would one tub of the stuff pose a problem?

I think its more long term use. However, why bother putting it into your system at all? Besides, you can probably mix up your own for cheap and know exactly whats going into it.

yeah, i was just thinking since i already have the stuff. I should obviously have done more research first. maybe i will try it out and see how it works, then look into my own mix like you said.

Yeah, I learn't that the hard way as well. Always, always read and research each and every ingredient in any supplement you plan on using. Very important to educate yourself on what you will be putting into your body.
