Hi newbie here

    Whats up everyone i'm new here. My intent here is to get a better grasp on naturally building my body to my desired goals.

    My current weight sit around 145lbs & my height is 70in.

    My bench is at 180lbs max and 135lbs comfortable 10 sets. My deadlift is a measly 20 pounds heavier at 200lbs max, i could probably push more but i neglect my legs as of now.
