    I was just looking at some of your past food logs when you first started your transformation as I have been on a break for about 3 months now and I am ready to hit it hard again. I seen you were taking 3 fiber tablets in the morning, Is this because you had a hard time going to the wash room? I figured out when I started to eat clean that it was harder than if I was eating sloppy.

    I only supplemented with fiber way back when I first started my transformation in 2003. I can't even remember the specific reason why I was doing that, but it wasn't bathroom issues. I probably just thought I needed to supplement what I was getting in my reduced calorie diet.
