    7x32.5

I'm so glad to get longer rest. The workout went well. The last reps of the 2nd and 3rd sets of bench took too long to get up but I happy I managed to. The rows seemed fairly light at that weight where last week they felt heavy. I guess that's due to not doing deadlift and pulldowns before hand. Press also felt lighter than I expected. However, I over estimated what I could do on the CG bench and curls. Overall, good workout.

    Squat
    Starting strength warmpup
    8x100
    8x100
    8x100

    Romanian Deadlift
    8x100
    8x100
    8x100

    Standing BB Calf Raise
    8x130
    8x130
    8x130

I videoed the squats today. My left knee was coming in. I'll watch out for that in future. Overall though this is the best my squats have felt for a while. I focused on keeping my shoulders tight and the bar tight on my back. I've been letting roll around recently. I mentioned this before but I can normally tell how the squats are going to go by simply picking the bar up. Today it felt good. The weight didn't feel as heavy as it has recently.

The RDLs were easy. The calf raise were about on the money. The last rep was tough. I'm glad I opted to do arms yesterday. After this lot I'd had enough.

All weight in kilograms [<sets> x] <reps> x <kg> (180 seconds rest between sets, 180 seconds between exercises)

    Incline DB Bench
    10x10
    5x20
    8x25
    8x25
    10x25

    Lat Pulldown
    8x50
    8x50
    8x50

    DB Press
    8x17.5
    8x17.5
    7x17.5

    BB Shrug
    8x90
    8x90
    8x90

    Skull Crushers
    8x32.5
    8x32.5
    8x32.5

    DB Curl
    8x15
    8x15
    9x15

This is actually yesterdays workout. I forgot to write it and by the time I remembered it was too late and I went to bed instead. I can't do DB Shrugs in the required range as my DBs don't go that high. I can see this may even be a problem when I get to the 2 rep week in the incline bench.

    Deadlift
    5x60
    5x90
    8x120
    6x120
    4x120

    DB Lunges
    8x20
    8x20
    8x20

    Plank
    1:00

I could have done more reps on the last set of deadlifts but I put the bar down a bit fast on that last rep and my back felt a little off so I called it a day. I don't want to injure it.

Just finished the designs for the next stage of my iPhone app. Once I finish my current contract I'm going to take some time off and make the workout logging portion of my application. I've taking some interface ideas from the weight logging application I use. I think it'll make the app extremely easy to use even after you've just finished a heavy set of deadlifts.

I may go back and change the time and 1rm calculator to match this new style as well. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to implement it yet but I'm sure I'll work it out.

Edit: After a look at it with fresh eyes it needs more work. It's still a bit busy. I'll post it up again later.
