Good solid workout. Left work earlier than my girlfriend so I knew I had plenty of time at the gym. Far, far cooler as well so much more comfortable than previous weeks. Upped the weight or reps slightly for everything except the side plank and got a good run at the end. Scale weight this morning 185.2lbs @ 25%bf.
