    At some point I lost the motivation to keep posting here, but I've not stopped training! In fact, I competed on Saturday for the first time in 13 months. I went 8 for 9, only missing my third bench press.

    Squat: 222.5kg (490 lbs) - 2.5kg PB
    Bench press: 122.5kg (270 lbs) - 2.5kg PB - failed 127.5kg on my third attempt
    Deadlift: 247.5kg (545 lbs) - 20kg PB

    Total: 592.5kg (1,303 lbs, 25kg PB) @ 93.0kg (205 lbs) bodyweight

    I thought I had qualified for the English Champs but discovered later that the required QT is 595 not 592.5, which is a little annoying as I chose my third deadlift especially to meet this target, and I'm sure I had at least another 2.5kg in the tank there. Next time!
