For the newcomers of dieting...

    Mkay, not much of a challenge...but being that I am close to 300lbs...I've eaten some fast food in my day...a lot...actually and I'm looking to stop altogether, so I figure...why not make a challenge?!

    This challenge is for 1 month of no fast food at all...this includes...

    Subway *Any Sub place*
    Pizza Hut *any delivery pizza place*

    Sit Down restaurants are acceptable up to 3 visits in the month...and even then you must order healthily...and post what you ate...the only reason they are acceptable is well, hey, sometimes friends and family wanna go out to eat... :P

    Who's game????

    I'll put mine on the list...this challenge ends April 12, 2009...and remember if you are lying...your only cheating yourself!!!:tu:
