Hopefully this is in the right place, my apologies if it is not.

I have done a search, but cannot find the information that I'm looking for.
I'm after some advice on what to eat after PM cardio, my main cardio is after 17:30 each day.
I know I shouldn't eat anything for a hour afterwards and drink plenty of fluids, so that would be roughly around 19:30 when I can eat.

I was just wondering what could/should I eat post cardio?
I'm in the process of trying to lose weight I should mention.

Just thought, maybe you would want to know what cardio I am doing.
5 mins warm up walk on Treadmill @ 6.5 kpm
    12 mins Interval Jog/Run @ 6.5kph low & 9.5kph high
12 mins Cross Trainer - Keeping HR around 121
5 mins Stationary Bike 70-80 rpm trying to keep HT around 121

    Thanks in advance

well, what i do is eat my normal meal that fits into my daily calorie goal after a cardio session like that.

i personally try not to eat many carbs in the evening if i can avoid them (save a piece of cracked wheat bread). i will eat green veggies however and a small piece of meat/protein.

i'm on a fat loss program right now, so on non-lifting nights, i will typically do either a medium intensity cardio (i can't make my fat legs go fast enough for hiit ) for 45 minutes or do 2 low to medium sessions for 1 hour.
