Fighting off another damn cold so trying not to dip cals too low. Working ten hour shifts all week. Onward!

That cruise is in sight! Hope you fend off that cold. Getting sick always seems to derail me.

I officially managed to keep the cold at bay. LOADS of people at work were sick so that was no small feat on low cals!

had an awesome weekend. worked both days but was able to get off yesterday in time to go to my sister's bf's birthday lunch and then watch football all afternoon with my girlfriend. nutrition was good both days..... i had perch, sweet potato baked wedges and asparagus (plus a beer) at the bday lunch. few ounces of bourbon during the games.

back to the hardcore today. feeling awesome! leaning out! new orleans in 5 days and the cruise in 26 days! yip!!!

    Reaching up the points.

For New Orleans, if you have a rainy day, I highly recommend the WW II museum. I'm not a war history buff and I really enjoyed this museum and worked we head allowed a full day for it.

Sweet we will definitely try to squeeze it in if the gf left any gaps in the itinerary! Thanks.

No point today. No alcohol and macros were good but calories were around 1900. Back to racking up points tomorrow.

Will probably need to take calories up to 1700 until aunt Flo gets here. With this heavy lifting and physical work shifts under 1600 has me dragging the last couple nights.

I'll accept points up to 1750 cals as long as protein is above 125 grams and no alcohol is consumed for the day. Have 8 more week days until cruise and only need five more points! Easy peasy!!

I'm sure you mentioned it before, but I'm too lazy to scroll back to find the answer to my question of where you're going on your cruise. TIA.
