This was my problem too. It was so hot. I ended up with some battered fish that was fried and I was sitting in the sunlight thinking I don't even want this even though I was starving. Canada had a film in the air conditioning and I remember not wanting to leave that room

How do you count energy? As in "energy: good."

just my general energy level for the day.

so yesterday and today's would be energy: shit. lol

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------

need aunt flo to get here. pms is rocking my world lol. nutrition was good saturday and yesterday. just not feeling very motivated and energy levels are super low. mental state is blah. just the normal monthly shit and aunt flo was supposed to be here yesterday so i'm really hoping she shows up asap.

got lots of food prepped for the week. big salad and salmon for lunch today after back squats and rdls.

pretty certain i will be cutting for the next few months. we go on a cruise the 2nd week of february and i won't be lean enough to do any kind of massing phase before then. especially with the holidays coming.

the plan will be to get 15 perfect days a month until then. with calories at 1600 or less (so about a 700 calorie deficit) on those perfect days. and then spend a few consecutive days each month (pms week or christmas week, etc) at maintenance calories. the cooler days make the workouts easier so i shouldn't have a problem there. i'm sure i will put my head down for a few sprints along the way.

still want to continue with logging here at least every weekday (point days will certainly require a logging).

anyways got to run to work but i'll be back to log in tonight.

Must be something in the air because I, in my own manner, have written the same thing. :(

I'm planning on making it an early night tonight because I want to be at the gym before the sun rises. This may not go well.

I believe it is the shorter days and upcoming time shift. My energy during the day hasn't been too bad, but getting out of bed in the morning has been a fight.

    Jaer
even adjusted the heater timer so it starts early in the hopes a warmer house helps him crawl out from under the blankets.
