Focus, Fitness, and Food

    I have been good going to the gym, I have been bad with posting. I have been equally bad with eating.

    1 outta 3 aint bad?! :lol:


    Okay, today marked a new week for me at the gym, as well as some increases!

    Standing Military Press:
    4 x 12 x 40lb (up 2 reps and all 4 sets with 40blb bb)

    Leg Extensions:
    3 x 10 x 40lb
    7 x 10 x 50lb

    Bench Press:
    1 x 10 x 45lb
    3 x 10 x 65lb (up 5lb from last week)

    Squats:
    1 x 10 x 45lb
    3 x 10 x 85lb (up 10lb from last week)

    Lat Pulldowns:
    4 x 10 x 40lb

    Sub's lat pd's for rows this time. Just wanted a little variety. I have made progress on every lift since starting, so I am happy with the course so far. Just need to get the diet on track ... grumble grumble.
