First Month of lifting results!

    For the last month I have added lifting to my routine and it hasn't been too bad.
    The pics are progress from sept 09 to Nov 14
    Not 2 great but... Much better then last 3 month results!

    Sept 09 - 195 pounds - Nov 14 - 175 pounds

    You look like you've got a pretty good frame for putting on muscle ... so, you'll probably respond very well to weight training as you progress. You got a nice tricep going there.

    Nice job on the weight loss!

    That would take most people a few years to achieve. Nice work. When you say 'not too good' I think you're comparing your current physique to someone like a model or bodybuilder. Compared to yourself you've come a long way.

    I think those pictures show the progress from September 9th to November 14th, so it's longer than a month. My interpretation is that he has included lifting in his routine for the last month only.

    Regardless of how many months that represents, incredible job! Your effort is really paying off for sure! :D

    For one month, that is brilliant, use those pics as motivation to have another month as good as the one you have just completed.
