Few questions??

    Ok first my stats.. im 5"2 and i weigh 140ish, my goal is to lose alot of weight but also gain muscle.. what kinda protein shake should i buy? also i dont eat no sea food what so ever so what kind of fish supplements should i take? thank yall so much.

    You don't need to buy any sort of protein shake. If you want to buy one, you might consider whether or not you want it as a meal replacement, where it fits into your diet calorically, and what sort of protein (whey concentrate, blend, etc.) will be most efficacious for your goals.

    Have you read the beginners' stickies? I think you will find a wealth of useful information in there.

    Far more important that you have a good training program and correct nutritional plan... Do you have these sorted out?
