February Mileage

    EVeryone needs to tally up any missed days. I had 6 on the 1st and 6 today. I saw Tempest had 3.

    so we start with 15?:gl:

    I will be running tomorrow.....my goal this month is 45 miles...good luck everyone.

    3 miles Monday 2/2
    3 miles Tuesday 2/3
    3 miles Wednesday 2/4

    so 9 + pmcfad's 12 + Huskers 4 = 25 miles

    I get bored just running - so I do the EFX and stairclimber - but one mile is pretty wimpy!:p

    congrats on the pr:tucool: i was very happy today becaues it was 55 and sunny this morning when i ran vs 23 and icy on friday when i had to stay inside. i hate treadmills.

    It was foggy this morning - the air was really fresh and clean. I little weird running and not being able to see much around.

    Here's my total mileage for Feb so far:

    2/1 - 4.5 miles (HIIT + LISS/MISS, Treadmill)
    2/2 - 3 miles (LISS/MISS, Treadmill)
    2/3 - 4.5 miles (HIIT + LISS/MISS, Treadmill)
    2/4 - 3.5 miles (interval training)
    2/5 - No running
    2/6 - 4 miles (Outside, hilly)
    2/7 - 4 miles (HIIT + LISS/MISS, Treadmill)
    2/8 - 4 miles (Outside, hilly)

    Total: 27.5 miles
    (Holy cow. I didn't realize I was running so much. No wonder i'm starting to get right plantar fasciitis. I'm going to start subbing in some weight-circuit training on some "non-weightraining" days.)
