I was just wondering what everyone's favorite condiments were when eating clean. Since I live in a dorm with its own cafeteria, I go out and buy the three condiments I can't live without: I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray, Atkins Syrup, and Just2Good light salad dressing. I also love balsamic vinaigrette, ketchup and salsa. What about you guys?

I love Atkins Syrup, mustard, Franks Hot Sauce and Pace Ranchero sauce (its sort of like salsa).I also use Pam for cooking occasionally, but I don't really think of it as a condiment.

Probably a few repeats, but whatever:

    1. Just2Good (it's sooo good)
    2. Mustard (especially brown)
    3. Soy Sauce (used sparingly because of sodium)
    4. Wasabi (again, sparingly  )
    5. Tobasco
    6. Atkins Syrup
    7. Cinnamon (+ #6 = oatmeal heaven)
    8. CURRY POWDER

    Balsamic vinegar on salads.
Apple Cider vinegar on anything that is appropriate.(Cucumber salad :eat: )
I guess vinegars are the only condiments that I would consider a must-have. Ketchup has its place, but its not anything great.

Not a condiment, but almost everything is better with green onion on it.

I also seem to be going through an awful lot of red bell pepper.

I have always been a huge mustard fan, moreso now that I know its 0 cal. However I only like the plain yellow - all the brown, deli mustard is actually quite repulsive to me. I also dig hot sauce, I have a pretty basic brand right now but I want to get something a little nicer when it runs out. I use a salt free Grill Mates chicken seasoning now but it doesn't pack a lot of flavor, I might switch to a mix of my own, something that would definitely include red pepper. And I used cinnamon in my oatmeal today for the first time, definitely a great call.

Tapatio hot sauce is GREAT! Especially for those who don't like tabasco. It adds a little bit of spice, but GREAT flavor. I'm not a fan of tabasco...to me it's just hot, not flavorful.
