Working the hours you work it's impressive that you're able to hit the weights at all--keep it up! :tu:

I'm trying lefty... thanks for the encouragement!!!

I really need to workout in the mornings because I am generally worn out mentally when I get home from work. Only problem is that I HATE getting out of bed. (I have to get up at 4:30 to be at work on time already anyway... so that'll move back to before 4:00 if I want to work out first)

Can you program your coffee maker to have a cup ready when you wake up? That always helped me get started when I used to get up at 4:45. That is, if you drink coffee in the morning.

Thanks Lefty... I appreciate you following along!

Despite having just worked my third 11 hour day this week, I made it to the basement workout room today :tucool:

Two workouts in a row as planned. Gotta keep it rolling

Weird days your working BJ. Wroking for the govt we didn't have to work overtime, and if we did we were paid extra for that.

Got 2 of 3 workouts in last week. Not perfect, but headed in the right direction.

I got out of work early today to go swap lease cars, so no excuses today... workout done :tu:

2015 ML350... one of the fringe benefits of working for Mercedes... I can trade it in every 8k miles and get a new one at a fairly low cost. :D
