Fat loss stopped

    Hi

    I have stopped loosing weight from around 12 weeks now. What am I doing wrong?

    -I workout 6 times a week. Weight lifting, Martial arts, Jogging.
    -Eat around 1800 cals ( healthy stuff not too much carbs)
    -Sit all day at the office 5 times a week 8 hours.
    -Have lost already 16,5KG weight.
    -I notice some parts of my body have got smaller but weight still shows same on scale.
    - 173CM long 95KG atm.

    hi there,
    great job with the weight youve lost so far
    your question- what am i doing wrong? nothing, just be patient
    your regimen looks great right now, but give it time
    here are a few things to keep in mind
    1) 6 days/week of exercise is a lot, get enough sleep and don't push too hard
    2) it's more about how you feel (and look) than what the number on the scale is
    3) 1,800calories per day is great. if you can try reducing it to 1,600
    keep protein high, cut out sugar, drink only and more water, and eat more vegetables

    Hi Nottechsavvy,

    Thanks for your response. I have to admit you are right. Since I posted this thread I lost more fat noticeable in my face and legs belly. I stopped checking the scale now for couple weeks. I am sure the scale will still show me same weight. Also about the sleeping you are right its not easy to go 22:00 to bed with summer season.


    I will try to lower cals. Is it better to cut out lowfat diary prods? cheese,yoghurt etc

    I have added a extra routine I am doing daily 100 pushups at work Colleages are laughing everyday heheheheh :)
