    The key to all of this is to get back on it as soon as possible as the snowball effect inevitably comes. Jump back on! :)

    I'm back on the beam today, there will be no snow ball. Yesterday happened but will not continue today.

    Foley nailed it. We all, well at least me and most, screw up every now and again, but the key is to get right back at it and make those days and evenings a blip and an aberration.

    Day 34
    I didn't sleep well at all the night before so there was no workout. I was brain dead long before I ever got home. Here was the diet

    chicken strips
    chicken alfredo
    chicken breast
    2 bananas

    1450 calories
    35.3g of fat 22%
    131.9g of carbs 36%
    154.6g of protein 42%

    Slept fine last night so I'll hit the gym no matter what tonight.

    Tonight is weekly weigh in time, and I've been great outside of Sunday so I'm going to rage if I don't see some results.

    Down 2 pounds this week, though really more like 1 overall to make up for last week. This is more like it. Down to 247 now.

    Did my HIIT cardio and then hit the sauana.

    Have a great Christmas. Make 2011 your year. You've come a long way since this summer. You can tell by reading your posts.

    If you can come up with plans for what to do when your eating schedule gets messed up by work and what to do when your friends want to hit the bars, you'll really be on top of things.

    The social life has slowed down quite a bit. I'm mostly a hermit these days, only coming out once a week if that. The girl that usually bugs me to go drinking has had her own plans lately so the outside influences should be greatly reduced. She's got plans to do shit Saturday night and I think is going to meet some guy an hour away next weekend so I shouldn't have too many chances to be bad coming up. Will make for a dull, boring time but I'm sure it will more than make up for it when I reach my goals.

    Merry Christmas to all of you two. Won't be able to hit the gym tomorrow or Saturday, kind of bummed about that.

    I wonder if I'm doing enough for my legs, I also do deadlifts on my other workout day but after the squats I'm done.

    255.3g of protein 47%

    Calories a little higher than I would like, shouldn't have had the chicken alfredo today. No workout for the next 2 days due to the holidays.

    Hey man looks like your on a pretty good streak here, good luck evading the holiday treats. Just remind yourself "those tasty treats only taste good for a minute, and they want to make me fat". This year I told everyone not to buy me chocolate. My girlfriend still insisted on it so when shes not looking I'm throwing it out haha. I would rather be wasteful than fat.

    The only treat I'm going to have is my um not healthy tuna salad. Diet will be clean today. Doing my best to keep the streak going. Don't neglect your journal man, and good to see you been killing it at the gym lately.

    Day 37
    Gym was closed before I even got home from work so no workout. Diet was good, I did have 5 oreo's, but I was at like 1500 calories for the day when I did so that shouldn't kill me. Also managed to avoid going out drinking and with my dumb friends sending me pics of how much they were drinking I probably would have had a pound of calories in food and junk food if I did go. So even though I was a bit bored it will all be worth it in the end.

    Today will be a bit of a cheat day though. Going to make my favorite tuna salad instead of the healthy one, and of course the gym is closed so no work out.
