    12 egg whites + tabasco sauce, 1/2 tbsp flax oil, 2 fish oil caps, 1 tbsp natural PB

    1 and 1/2/cups Cheerios, 1/2 cup non-fat Lactaid milk, packet of Equal, and sugar-free maple syrup. Oh and 3 grams of creatine in Pro Performance Creatine Gel.

    Stir fry onions, mushrooms, peppers and spinach using a skillet and olive oil spray. Put one whole egg and eggwhites = 1cup, into pan and scamble.

    I Have low sugar cereal with diced apple/banana(both), 1 tbsp of flax seed/pumpkin seed mix and 1 tbsp of bran.

    I also usually make too much protein smoothie that i prepare for my 2nd meal of the day, so i finish that off.

    Today was good -
    Scottish Oatmeal (the oats are not rolled, but instead cut whole) w/ a tbsp of no sugar 4 berry preserves and 4 cut up strawberries.
    plus
    1 whole egg + 2 egg whites scrambled and eaten in a whole grain pita with salsa.

    1/2 package of Hershey miniatures, 32oz. of regular Pepsi, and probably 60 gummy bears...

    BWAHAHA.... yeah right.

    Um... 2 whole wheat pancakes with frozen blueberries thrown in there, and a scoop of chocolate whey mixed with water. Oh, and a banana...

    Ive been having:
    Cream of Wheat + Blueberries
    Scoop of Chocolate Opticen in my coffee with some soy milk (mocha, oh yeah!)
    Couple clementines

    Its amazing how delicious Cream of Wheat is after eating oatmeal every morning for over a year. Im addicted to the stuff now!
