also, I think that continuing these kinds of threads will be both interesting and informative (for newbies especially) so we can all get some good ideas...

    1 cup Kashi Crunch
    1/2 cup Skim Milk

1 serving ATW Orange with water

(If I were not at work I would eat 8 egg whites instead of the whey)

    :eat:

Edit - oh - if we're counting vitamins too then add:

    Mens Multivitamin
    3g Creatine
    2g L-Lysine

Cereal - one relatively high in fiber and it contains protein.

I made a "pizza" omlette: two whole eggs, two egg whites, 1/4 diced section of green pepper, a handful of turkey pepperoni, a sprinkle of mozarella cheese, and liberal application of Tobasco sauce. This with a glass of orange juice and my USANA multivitamins along with grapeseed extract and glucosamine.

    Also had a large coffee.

Actually, when I had to call Kashi a few months back (found a rock in my cereal..long story..) the main directory in charge of distribution told me that she likes to add boiling water and make hot cereals from it....I haven't tried it, but I could see this tasting pretty good...
