Doing ab rolls on my knees with 100lb. plate on my back 10 reps

    1 of the best exercises for build the abs/core..as well as the shoulders, upper back, arms, chest, etc...i even do these from a stranding straight legged position..rolling out and back in without letting the body touch the floor..keeping the body straight.
