Ate 25 pounds of food yesterday. Okay, not literally.

    Today:

    25 min hoops

    Squats:
    3x5 @ 265 - Good sets.

    Bench:
3x5 @ 200 - Good sets. Finally made all of these without assistance!

    Rows:
3x5 @ 215 - PR. The form wasn't the best. I'm going to repeat the weight.

    30 min elliptical

I'm about 5'11" but I'm not that strong

    You're way too kind Lefty!

    Today:

Swam 750M. I made sure to NOT use flip turns or push offs from the wall. This is significantly harder this way!

Couch to 5k Week 3 repeat (sore)

    30 min elliptical

Tonight was my first run in my Nike Free 3.0s. It seemed to make a difference in how my foot struck the treadmill. I had less pain and irritation.

I did not enjoy them as much on the elliptical, as the time seemed to drag on, but it was a different elliptical machine then I normally use, so that could have contributed as well.

    Power Clean and Press:
    3x5 @ 145 - Heavy, not easy.

I have been working out a lot lately, just have been really busy!

Getting married in less than 4 weeks now. Absolutely insane!

Today I played 50 minutes of basketball, and did a 22 minute jog.

Good job for working out with your cold. I have one too and I wont go near a gym or run until I am 100% over my cold.

    Getting strong.

    Squats:
3x5 @ 250 - Really light. This is my reload day.

    Deadlifts:
3x4 @ 350 - I think these may be my best pulls ever. My PR for deadliest is 1x365, so this is rapidly closing in on that.

Ran out of time to do power clean and press. Will have to do today.

    Wednesday:

Ran a 8.5 minute mile... was sucking wind after this big time. That's flying for me!

    20 minutes elliptical

Soccer match, probably played 20 minutes. So tiring!

    Thursday:

    1.5 hours of competitive tennis

    Squats:
    3x5 @ 255 - Light

    Deadlifts:
3x4 @ 355 - Heavy. This is by far the most weight I've pulled for the most reps.

    30 minutes elliptical

You probably already have a 3 plate squat, if not considerably more than that.

... unless you meant 3 plates for your working sets, in which case, keep up th good work, you're getting close.

    It's been awhile guys!

The past few weeks I have been busy getting married, moving, adjusting to living with my wife, etc.

I have only lifted three times in two weeks. I did do a 50 mike bike ride for charity last weekend.

I'm in the process of settling in to a routine.

I have been consistently lifting heavy lately, so a break was probably a good thing.

Now that I'm back in the swing of things, I'll be posting here more again.

Congratulations on your nuptials. I hope you and your bride enjoy a long marriage. I am surprised that you worked out at all.

Thanks Leftyx. The first few weeks of marriage have been fun but they have also been a challenge. Adapting to living with someone, even someone you've dated for years, is a challenge. We both have good attitudes and we'll figure it out.

The summer of Dan officially kicks off. Time to cut!

    Yesterday:

    Bike 25 miles

    Squat:
    3x5 @ 275 - Good sets.

    Bench:
    3x5 @ 205 - Good sets. Perfect form.

    Row:
    3x5 @ 225 - Good sets.

Tennis is in full swing. Triathlon training is going to get amp'd up. My achilles tendons are sore and may throw a wrench into my plans. I'm really sore every time I run for the most part, which is hurting my tennis game as well.
