Noticeable progress, especially around the midsection. Good job!
Weight: 160 DOWN about 10lbs since I started
(Does anybody have one of the wifi scales? They are only $99. I currently am using the scale with the weights on it at the gym and I don't like how there is a little lee way in how you interpret it. I also don't trust it's accuracy. Those other scales work the money?)
Body Fat: 13.5% (using healthcentral.com) DOWN 1.5%
Chest: 35.25" DOWN 1.25"
Arms: 12.5" Same
Hips: 36.5" DOWN 0.5"
Waist: 34.25" DOWN 1.0"
Thighs: 21" UP 0.25"
Calves: 14.25" Same

This past week I met my goal of going to the gym Monday-Friday. On Friday I climbed 255 flights on the StairMaster and was top of the leader board for the week! I plan on trying to get to the top of the leader board at least once a week. I want to have a nice booty and I am hoping squats and the stairmaster + cycling will make sure I keep the cake I got. I am very excited to see my waist and chest go down. I know this probably seems odd but I have lots of fat there and that is where I wanna see a major difference. When I have a shirt on my chest looks fine but when it comes off I have too much "arm pit fat" for lack of a better phrase and I want that and my love handles trimmed down as much as possible by the end of March. I am going to a circuit party called Black Party, blackpartyexpo.com, and want to look the best I can by then.
