Guy: She's a trip. Where'd you get her?
Me: On the Internet. You can find anything online.
    Guy: No doubt.

It really is! I'm a lucky guy.

Consider yourself warned: I'm coming for you, Chop. I'm getting addicted to JSF meetups. ;)

Oh, it totally was. :o Deja only let me cook eggs for her twice. And I had to include bacon. And vegetables.

Thanks, friend. You, and so many others here, have truly helped me find my smile.

I'll take some of the credit. I've made my choices. They haven't always been the best, or the most practical, but they're mine, and they've put some great things in motion. I'm happy with the choices I've made, and I wouldn't trade my friends or experiences for anything. I'm infinitely thankful for the wonderful people in my life.

There have been a few times in the past months that I've seen pictures of myself smiling so big, I almost don't recognize myself. :D

    Aw, thanks imelda!

    Today, Part 1: deload
    press 115 x 5,5,5
    db row [L/R] 120 x 20/20, 18/18, 18/18
    incline bp 115 x 10; 125 x 10; 135 x 6
    uh lat pd 235 x 3,3,2
    skull crusher 80 x 8,8,6
Today, Part 2: 2 hrs derby practice. The refs were given a 50-question rules test. I got 100%. :read: (It helps that I've had to give a similar test to the skaters, so I'm pretty familiar with the rules it covered). All the refs passed, thankfully. It would've been embarrassing for us otherwise.

Choppie I was thinking the same thing when Deja was here; she really needs to come when everything is no barren, grey, and dull.

Tony, watcha doing over Memorial Day weekend?

    Thanks. I'm feeling it today.

    I'm getting an idea! :spaz:

If I can find someone to let me couchsurf at the halfway point (PA/MD/DC-ish), it'd be a sweet roadtrip.

Also: I'm coming for you, too, Jedi.

    Today: treadmill intervals
    .5 mi warm-up
    3 x .25 mi @ 8.5mph (.1 recovery)
    2 x .25 mi @ 9.0mph (.1)
    1 x .25 mi @ 9.5mph (.1)
    .5 mi cool-down
    = 3.1 mi (30:53)
The weather has had me down all day. I almost skipped my workout. And, as always, now that it's done I'm glad I did it. Definite mood-booster.

I'm at about two thirds point of your trip there, but you're more than welcome to stay here on either leg of your road trip. We had your car stay with us for a week once upon a time and we'd be happy to accomodate its owner.

    :claphigh:

Hitting the gym, no matter how down in the dumps one feels beforehand is almost always a mood enhancer. Glad you went and nice job on those intervals. :tucool:

Your promised me this three years ago and I'm still waiting:whistle:

Seriously, have you tried couch surfing yet? I have signed up and plan to use it this summer if I make it to Cali and New York and can't find any willing JSFers ;)
