    Looking for some cookie recipes.

These would be:- healthy cookies like for example " Oatmeal,Ginger,Orange combo" or something along those lines.

Healthy grains with a taste that Gordon Ramsay would approve.

    Not looking for sugar-laden-bereft-of-nutritional-value cookies.

But it's o.k.if there is sugar in them as long as it's not the main ingredient.

    Got any recipes?

I've got a pretty healthy recipe for Mint Chocolate Chip Cookies!

    • 2 1/2 cups semisweet dark chocolate chips
    • 6 tablespoon flour, white whole wheat or all-purpose
    • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    • 3/4 cup sugar substitute suitable for baking
    • 4 egg whites
    • 2 tablespoon honey
    • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
    2. Line three large baking sheets with foil and spray the foil with nonstick cooking spray.
    3. Place 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips in medium glass bowl. Microwave bowl on medium-high until melted, stirring every 30 seconds, about 2 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
    4. Mix flour and baking powder in small bowl.
    5. Using electric mixer, beat together sugar substitute, egg whites, honey and extract in medium bowl until thick, about three minutes.
    6. Gradually beat in melted chocolate, then dry ingredients. Mix in remaining chocolate chips. Freeze 10 minutes.
    7. Drop 7 big tablespoons of batter on each prepared baking sheet, spacing 3 inches apart. Keep in mind that the cookies will spread when baking
    8. Bake until cookies are cracked on top and softly set, about 15 minutes.
Voila! Should make about 20 cookies. Hope this was helpful :)
