I want to congratulate an incredible young man, my client Andrew Barker, for winning the Novice Middleweight, Novice Overall, and coming in 2nd in the Open Class in his very first body building show in Houston TX. This guy works excruciatingly long hours every day as a personal trainer, but it didn't distract him from getting it done day in, day out. This is the kind of stuff that inspires me to become a better person in my life. I am hoping to get Andrew to sign up here as a JSF member to supply us all with further motivation!! Here are a few pics from a couple weeks ago. Can't wait to see his pics from the show, yesterday. He must've looked absolutely crazy!!!

Andrew get on here bro!! OUTSTANDING!!:tu:

Next goal: Natural Pro Card!

Congratulations to Andrew and while I know that it was he that was doing the hard work, I'm sure that your guidance, support, and enthusiasm were a factor.

I just wanted to say thank you to Aram, Carolyn (my posing coach), and Tim, my workout partner, as well as a whole team of people that helped me on my first show. This was a hard process, but so much fun to see how hard I could push myself. My show was actually in San Antonio, not Houston, but I was overwhelmed with all of the support.

I never thought I would ever do something like this in my life, but I am now hooked and ready to do some more shows. Aram, yes, let's get that Natural Pro card!!!!

Congratulations and you look fantastic. A credit to your dedication, hard work, determination and the great team behind you. With your hard work and Aram's guidance the pro card is almost a given. :claphigh:

It ain't gonna be easy, but you should thrive on the process, and the journey to get there. Next 4 months equals 7 pounds of pure muscle, baby. ;)
    Let's DO IT!! :tu:

    End well this will not...

Are you just that big of an idiot or are you completely clueless? It's OK though, when people start hating on you, you know you've arrived.

Amazing job Andrew. You should be ridiculously proud of yourself. As Aram is. Thank you Aram for sharing this.

Maybe you are looking at the wrong part of the picture. When admiring someone's hard work and success in the fitness/bodybuilding world, you want to direct your eyes to the UNcovered parts of the anatomy where you can see muscular development. Not what's under wraps.

Hey, you did say you weren't sure why. :D

You're being extremely rude towards someone who's worked very hard to achieve his goals. Further, Andrew is a new member and your disrespect towards him is a poor representation of what this community is about. I find that highly irritating.

As clearly stated in the rules you agreed to when you created your account, rudeness towards other members is not allowed here. If you can't keep your opinions constructive, then they are not welcome here.

Thank you, Paul. But in Andrew's case, it was simply a matter of someone keeping his eye on the prize and going for it with a vengeance and no excuses or whining. I only put stuff down on paper. I can't do your eating and training. That's up to you. :)
This young fella has a great future in bodybuilding, and in his professional career, as well.

i did not mean it to be rude... it was meant to be a joke....
A lot of muscles on a picture of course. And definitely a lot of work.
I wish one day I'll be like that. Doubt though, not with my beer addiction :).
