Chicken For The Week

    Hey i've made this and it is very good lol. I dont get much flavor from the spices but it's still soooo good :drool:. Just wondering how long can it stay good in the fridge for? Shouild I store it with the salsa mixed or mix when I take it out to eat?

    Mastover, thank you for sharing this recipe.
    I used a pressure cooker for 5 minutes and the chicken was melting.:drool:

    I'm gonna eat this chicken all week long! :lol::tucool:

    Rise from the grave! I just made my third batch last night. I double the recipe, add extra water, some potatoes, onion, and carrots. After cooked I remove and portion out the chicken. When I prepare a bowl/container for the next day, I take out a cup of the broth, 1/4 cup carrots, 1/2 cup potatoes. I add to it a 1/2 cup raw mushrooms, 1 serving of the chicken (7oz raw), 1 tbs olive oil, and a dash of dried chives. Delish.
